Can I return my order?
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Our team is dedicated to safely packaging every product with love and care. However, on a rare occasion, an item may arrive damaged during transit. For any damaged items, please contact us at email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item and Subject Line "Damaged Item" for a quick response.
The following categories are not returnable/exchangeable: Sale items, accessories. Sale of these product categories are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Reimbursement & processing time
Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 7-10 business days from when we receive it. We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded. Do return your order to us via the methods stated above as unreceived returns via a non-traceable mode of postage will not be reimbursed.
